We can't wait to play this benefit. Don and I stopped by to see the historic Spencer's Grove Church grounds last Sunday and it is really lovely. Huge tall shade trees and a beautiful little historic church, kept in good repair by the loving hands of a faithful crew of folks. They are trying to raise money to finish restoring their stained glass windows. Should be a LOVELY afternoon - evening!

After the gig ...
We enjoyed playing at Spencer's Grove Church
benefit last evening. It was VERY windy on top of that shady hill -
almost blew my bass away and Carlis had trouble keeping his bow on his
fiddle. But the wind kept us cool and the crowd enjoyed the music.
Wonderful potluck too! Thanks to Rob for mixing the sound - great job!
