Fall is almost here

 What a fun time we had performing at the first Bluegrass Music Association of Iowa - BMAI's bluegrass festival in Central City last weekend! BMAI took over the festival this year after SPBGMA had to drop it.  We are hoping the festival will be bigger and better every year from now on.

Yes - it was hot on stage, and super muggy, but there was a good crowd and they were very appreciative of the music.   A photographer from the Cedar Rapids Gazette showed up and took some photos of us, so we even made the paper!

This weekend we'll be playing a private party at a cabin on the Wapsi.  We played for this same couple way back when we first started out as a band - and even played for their wedding.  Hope they still like us as much as they did back then!
